The Straits Times Index ended 10.04 or 0.36% lower at 2,788.59. The top active stocks were DBS, which edged down 0.08%; UOB, which grew 1.27%; CapitaLand, which advanced 2.39%; OCBC Bank, which increased 1.12%; and Singtel, which remained flat. The FTSE Mid Cap inched up 0.04%, whilst the FTSE Small Cap slipped 0.56%.
