Mexico city's mayor who was accused of ordering kidnappings by her police chief is executed

Florisel Ríos, a mayor in the Mexican gulf coast state of Veracruz, was carjacked and shot dead Wednesday. Veracruz Governor Cuitláhuac García said her inner circle may be responsible.
