Son blasts care home that banned him from seeing his dementia-suffering mother for nine months

Paul Wilson, 56, went nine months without seeing his mother, Teresa Wilson, who has dementia. Mr Wilson, from Stoke-on-Trent, said Birmingham City Council rules stopped him from visiting.
