See mass testing scene in UK's Covid-19 hotspot

The UK government says it's developing population-wide coronavirus testing. Officials are trying out the strategy in Liverpool, England where all residents and workers can now get regular coronavirus tests, regardless of whether or not they display symptoms. CNN's Salma Abdelaziz reports.
