Sydney city rents plunge to a six-year low as COVID-19 gives tenants more bargaining power

Rents for houses and apartments in Sydney's nicest suburbs near the city have plunged by 12.3 per cent since the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March, online property site Domain has revealed.
