Pilot, 66, meant to have flown Emiliano Sala over Channel is being prosecuted over fatal flight

David Henderson, 66, from Hotham, North Yorkshire, was replaced on the day of the flight by David Ibbotson. The plane was en route from Nantes to Cardiff when it plunged into the sea.
