Instead of a virtual debate between the presidential candidates as originally planned, Joe Biden and Donald Trump are holding dueling town hall events Thursday.
Biden's town hall will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET, while Trump's is scheduled at the same time on NBC. Trump refused to attend the Commission on Presidential Debates' second debate, which was moved to an online format after he was hospitalized with coronavirus.
For those trying to watch without traditional TV access, Biden's 90-minute event, held in Philadelphia, is available to stream through the ABC News Live app and channel.
