King of Jordan intervenes after mob film themselves hacking a 16-year-old boy's hands off

Ten men kidnapped the victim, a boy named Saleh, on Tuesday in Zarqa, Jordan before driving him in a minibus to a remote location, where they chopped off his hands and gouged his eyes.
