NHS trust tells patients they will have to wait up to TWO YEARS for non-urgent treatment 

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS, which runs Castle Hill Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary, has told thousands of patients they may have to wait up to two years for non-urgent treatment due to Covid-19.
