'Hundreds' of cyclists follow party bus around Liverpool as it blasts out music played by DJ

Hundreds of youths on bikes followed a party bus around Liverpool on Saturday night. The Rave and Ride event evaded social distancing rules as it was held on bikes but was still shut down by police.
