Trump's Twitter account went on an all-caps rant this morning while he remains in the hospital

President Donald Trump — or someone with access to his Twitter account — was absolutely going off on Monday morning. The president sent a barrage of all-caps tweets urging people to vote for him.  Just a casual 15 all-caps tweets to go with your morning coffee. Yes, I'm being literal. Fifteen tweets. "STOCK MARKET HIGHS. VOTE!" read one. "SPACE FORCE. VOTE!" read another. "PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH (BRING OUR SOLDIERS HOME). VOTE!" read another tweet.
