Chinese Are Encircling Indian Sub-Continent: Sharad Pawar

NCP president Sharad Pawar on Thursday said the Chinese are "surreptitiously" encircling the Indian sub-continent, and India must keep a close watch on developments in Sri Lanka and Nepal.
