Nintendo levels up its '80s handheld Game and Watch device with 'Super Mario Bros'

Nintendo's taking us back to the '80s with a nostalgic handheld device coming in November. In a video presentation on Thursday, Nintendo revealed a handful of games and products on the way for the 35th anniversary of the classic game Super Mario Bros, which debuted on NES in 1985. One of these upcoming releases is a new device inspired by the gaming company's original Game and Watch systems, which first came out in 1980. Releasing on Nov. 13 and set to cost $49.99, the levelled-up Game and Watch systems come complete with Super Mario Bros. (the OG devices always came with an in-built game), along with Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (released in Japan as Super Mario Bros. 2) and an updated version Game & Watch: Ball.
