Iowa man, 45, 'who drove his car into BLM protesters' said victims needed 'an attitude adjustment'

Michael Stepanek, 45, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon and willful injury, both felonies, Iowa City police said after the incident Friday in Iowa City.
