Chinese man drags a stray dog by its neck with a rope while riding on a motorbike 

Horrifying footage shows the motorcyclist pulling the small pooch along a road in Fujian province as the animal was helplessly moving its paws, trying to escape. The dog has been treated at a vet clinic.
