Father allegedly shoots dead his estranged teenage son and girlfriend

Chelsea Ireland and Lukasz Kłosowski, both 19, were shot dead at a farm in southeast South Australia, allegedly by Lukasz's father Paul Kłosowski, 46, who is charged with murder.
