The Straits Times Index ended 0.62 or 0.02% higher at 2,528.54. The top active stocks were Vicplas International, which soared 47.5%, Wilmar International, which increased 2.06%, JMH USD, which rose 1.24%, OCBC Bank, which dipped 1.81% and Singtel with a 1.72% contraction. The FTSE Mid Cap slid 0.07%, whilst the FTSE Small Cap edged up 0.22%.
