Gynecologist, 52 and her fiance, 61, die in boat crash on the Mississippi River

Anita Pinc, 52, and Craig Verbeke, 61, died after their 19-foot blue and white Bayliner crashed with a 2007 35-foot black Triton on the Mississippi River near LeClaire, Iowa, on Sunday.
