Inquiry is launched after 'terrible' mix-up leads to family burying the WRONG person

Mourners gathered for a funeral and burial of an unnamed elderly man in his 90s at at St Mary's Church near Carlisle, Cumbria in July, not knowing that they were grieving for a stranger.
