Couple indicted after 'husband pretended his wife had fallen off a cliff'

Rodney and Julie Wheeler, from West Virginia, have been indicted on federal charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice stemming from a false report claiming the mom-of-two had fallen from a cliff.
