Raymond Blanc says so many diners say they have food intolerances 'like a fashion item'

Raymond Blanc, who runs Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford, said the increase in food intolerances is a result of eating food that contains chemicals and has been intensively farmed.
