This chart from EDMUND TIE showed that property investment sales plunged 53.5% QoQ in Q2 to $1.9b from $3.99b in Q1. Transactions in the quarter were generally of lower price quantum as investors were wary about their spending. There were also no significant GLS sites being awarded, there were no public investment sales in Q2, in contrast to the $1.6b public investment sales in Q1. read more
