Dr. Birx says she wishes America's lockdown looked like Italy's nationwide, total quarantine

White House coronavirus task force coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx said Monday that she wished Americans had been forced into a total lockdown the way Italy did it early in the pandemic's outbreak.
