Boy, 3, shot dead his 2-year-old brother at an apartment complex in Minnesota

Authorities said that a two-year-old boy was shot dead by his three-year-old brother in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The mother,20, and grandmother, 57, were arrested for allegedly covering the crime.
