Police confirm one dead, 20 shot after multiple gunmen open fire at block party in Washington 

The fatal shooting unfolded near the 3300 block of Dubois Place in Southeast at around 12:30am on Sunday. Multiple detectives and forensic squads are still at the scene as of 8:00am.
