Evgeny Lebedev accuses peerage critics of 'snobbery and casual racism'

Evgeny Lebedev was part of the latest peerages list including ex-MP Jo Johnson. Mr Lebedev, a friend of Boris Johnson, is the owner of the Evening Standard and Independent newspapers.
