The Straits Times Index (STI) ended 16.99 or 0.68% higher at 2,532.69. The top active stocks were DBS, which advanced 0.71%, Wilmar International, which jumped 3.22%, AEM, which fell 0.24%, Singtel, which rose 0.83%, and OCBC Bank with a 0.35% expansion. The FTSE Mid Cap grew 1.55%, whilst the FTSE Small Cap edged up 0.68%.
