Teenage thug who stamped on man's head in unprovoked attack is jailed for more than seven years

Robin Foster, 19, asked his victim for a cigarette in Oldbury, West Midlands, last August before punching him. When the victim fled, he chased him for a mile to a Shell garage and stamped on his head.
