Tennessee governor rejects Dr Birx call to close bars down, cut back on indoor dining and wear masks

Dr Deborah Birx, head of the White House task force, was in Tennessee on Monday and made a recommendation to shut down bars and limit indoor dining but the Governor Bill Lee (R) disagreed.
