Coroner was wrong to narrow scope of Novichok victim's inquest, say judges

Judges ruled that a coroner wrongly narrowed the scope of an inquest into the death of Dawn Sturgess. The mother died in hospital after handling a perfume bottle containing chemical poison in 2018.
