This chart from OrangeTee & Tie shows that the new home sales volume increased across all market segments with the number of new homes, excluding executive condominiums (EC), transacted in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) rose 127.5% MoM to 430 units in June. Meanwhile, those in Outside Central Region (OCR) increased 90.3% to 489 units whilst Core Central Region (CCR) rose 92.7 per cent to 79 units (Chart 1) over the same period. read more
