Van driver sets himself on fire using hand sanitiser and a cigarette lighter in court

Kamil Kalwarski, 38, previously said he would set himself alight in protest during his sentencing in Teesside magistrates court. He doused his arms in the liquid and used a lighter to start the blaze.
