Monkey Doesn't like Stringy Part of Banana Either

In all our years of watching various monkeys and great apes eating bananas, we didn't know that some, or at least this one, has a preference to pull off those bitter fibrous strings just under the peel. It's up there in the top three parts of the banana that are most uncomfortable to eat, and we have to agree with its decision.
