This chart from EDMUND TIE shows that in terms of transaction volume, purchases across all residential status declined, with the largest fall of 26.1% QoQ coming from foreign purchasers or non-permanent residents to 215 units in Q1. This is said to be the lowest quarterly sales recorded since the same period last year when foreigners purchased 165 units. read more
