High Court hearing on Hyflux scheduled on 27 July

Hyflux is set for a High Court hearing on 27 July in relation to the application to be carved out of the moratorium by the Unsecured Working Group, an SGX filing revealed. The hearing will also determine issues on any application to be carved out of the moratorium by RBC Investors Services Trust Singapore (as trustee of ESR-REIT) and/or HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (as trustee of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust). read more
