U.S. Rep Bobby Rush lashes out at Chicago cops caught lounging in his campaign office during looting

U.S. Rep Bobby Rush revealed Thursday that more than a dozen Chicago cops were caught on CCTV lounging in his campaign office after responding to a break in.
