'Secret millionaire' who buys fish-and-chip suppers for village offers £100 to locals to lose weight

An anonymous benefactor who has paid for weekly meals from The Fox pub in Denchworth, Oxfordshire, is now offering villagers a £100 incentive to lose 10 per cent of their body weight in two months.
