Crane operator taunts sunbather by casting a shadow on him TWICE forcing him to move into the sun

A crane driver used the shadow cast by his lifting hook to annoy a sunbather thought to be in London. The hysterical video had a social media user saying: 'I've never wanted to be a crane operator more'.
