Ice-using dad dumps two young daughters in a car outside Ayr McDonald's while he plays the pokies 

The father-of-two left the girls, aged nine and 11, in the car outside the fast food restaurant in Ayr in Far North Queensland at 11.35pm on January 30 this year.
