Three men who allegedly camped at Pulau Ubin charged for breaching circuit breaker

Three men who allegedly kayaked to Pulau Ubin during the circuit breaker period in Singapore were charged on Monday (18 May) for breaching enhanced measures. They also allegedly camped at a prohibited area.
