This chart from OrangeTee & Tie reveals that the occupancy rate for completed private residential homes in the outside central region (OCR) rose to 95.9% in Q1. It also recorded the highest occupancy rate amongst regions. In contrast, occupancy in the core central region (CCR) and rest of central region (RCR) fell to 92.6% and 93.8%, respectively. read more
