Head of the IMF urges countries to use debt relief on doctors and nurses and those who need it most

IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva pleaded today for the 25 countries promised debt relief already, like Afghanistan and Yemen, to spend the money on those at high risk from the virus.
