Over 100 prison staff form guard of honour for first female officer, 33, to die of coronavirus

Rachael Yates, 33, had 'loved' her work at HMP Usk in Monmouthshire, Wales. She had continued working there during the coronavirus pandemic. Her mother said she had lacked essential PPE.
