Daily Markets Briefing: STI up 6.07%

Submitted By:  Staff Reporter Case Study:  No OCBC led the gains amongst top active stocks with a 6.98% climb. The Straits Times Index (STI) ended 143.42 or 6.07% higher at 2,505.47. The top active stocks were DBS, which rose 6.65%, Singtel, which inched up 5.26%, OCBC, which climbed 6.98%, UOB, which grew 6.49%, and SGX with a 4.19% jump. The FTSE Mid Cap leapt 7.12% whilst the FTSE Small Cap edged up 5.79%.
