Chart of the Day: Midsize condos took a bigger share in deals in Q4 2019

This chart from EDMUND TIE shows that the share of condo units sized 1,000 to 1,500 sqft expanded to 19% in Q4 2019, compared to 16% in Q3. At the same quarter, the highest proportion of new sale transactions comprised units between 500 and 700 sqft, taking up a third or 33% of units sold. This unit size range mainly consists of 1- and 2-bedroom units. read more
