REIT ETFs' turnover soared 82.5% to $57.3m in March

The three listed REIT exchange traded funds (ETFs) posted an 82.5% MoM surge in total monthly turnover to $57.3m in March from $34.4m in February, according to an SGX report. These three trusts are the Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF, the NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia ex-Japan REIT ETF, and the Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF.
