Yanlord Riverside Garden sells out all units for $162m

Yanlord Land Group sold out all 62 apartment units of its Yanlord Riverside Gardens in Hangzhou, China, according to a press release. The total pre-sales derived from this launch amounted to $162.14m (RMB792m). Launched on 17 March, Yanlord launched the units for an average selling price of $14,372.70 (RMB70,205) per square metre (psqm) for the 11,275 psqm gross floor area (GFA) sold. read more
