Daily Markets Briefing: STI down 1.18%

Submitted By:  Shaina Teope Case Study:  No SGX led the gains amongst top active stocks with a 2.08% expansion. The Straits Times Index ended 28.91 or 1.18% lower at 2,425.62. The top active stocks were DBS, which inched down 0.56%, Singtel, which slipped 0.8%, OCBC Bank, which fell 1.39%, UOB, which dipped 0.98%, and SGX with a 2.08% rise. The FTSE Mid Cap fell 1.68% whilst the FTSE Small Cap declined 4.97%.
