SINGAPORE — A senior consultant from Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) who was involved in a road rage incident was given a 12-month mandatory treatment order on Wednesday (18 March), after the court ruled that there was a contributory link between his psychiatric condition and the offence.
