Daily Markets Briefing: STI down 1.65%

Submitted By:  Shaina Teope Case Study:  No DBS saw the sharpest decline amongst top active stocks with a 3.12% contraction. The Straits Times Index ended 41.24 or 1.65% lower at 2,454.53. The top active stocks were DBS, which dropped 3.12%, Singtel, which slid 1.97%, UOB, which inched down 0.31%, OCBC Bank, which dipped 1.03%, and SGX with a 1.24% climb. The FTSE Mid Cap slipped 3.34% whilst the FTSE Small Cap fell 3.95%.
